Aggregated courses from partner institutions are provided "as is" by those partners. Goacad is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or availability of partner courses.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code

10. Termination and Suspension

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may lose access to course materials, certificates, and User Content. Goacad is not liable for any loss resulting from termination.

Goacad disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• That the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• That any defects will be corrected
• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Any educational outcomes, job placements, or career advancement

12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Goacad in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Goacad, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your violation of any third-party rights

14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal and the United States (Wyoming), without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority in the jurisdiction where the dispute arises.

15. Changes to Terms

Goacad reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
